Two Year Pictures

These are Thomas' "2 year" pictures!
He was playing peek-a-boo with the photographer.

He refused to smile in the train outfit, maybe it was the vest!

Cuddled up with his favorite blanket, Big and Little Dan's and one of his favorite night time books.

Mommy picked out his dinosaur pj's but he threw an all out fit until I let him wear his monster ones! And he wore them for like 10 days after the photo shoot!

Mia had her photos taken at the same time too. This is the only shot we could get of them together. It was super difficult to keep them on the couch. I think I may have actually screamed at the photographer to "just take it, take it, take the picture"! At least we got this one of them together!

Happy Halloween

Thomas had his first "Trick or Treating" experience this weekend and, as expected, he LOVED it. He walked up to each house surrounded by the above super hero's and queen of hearts, said "trick or treat" and "thank you" and brought mommy home loads of yumminess!

We went to a local nursing home too and he "roared" for a few of the delighted ladies!
His tail wiggled when he walked and it was adorable.

I guess dinosaurs can't always be expected to walk!

Grandma, Grandpa and Grandmama Visit

My parents and Grandma came in for Thomas' birthday party and for a few days after. Thomas enjoyed his time with them and was very lovable!

I think Grandma Paulette might be tickling him!

We had a day of very high winds and a couple bad storms, one that set the tornado sirens off! We only had to spend a few minutes in the closet!

Grandmama Maria, Grandma Paulette, Thomas and I were in one closet, while Grandpa Aron and Tommy were in another. Thomas did very well. I think he heard the sirens first, he thought they were firetrucks.

Our little rock star.

Grandpa saying "cheese".

Playing the piano with Grandpa.

Mable trying to convince Grandmama that she never gets any love, ever!

Grandmama rubbing Thomas' back. She would stop and he would go away for a minute then come back and back into her hand again.

Smiles.

Sweet, sweet kisses.

Grandmama sharing her muffin with Mia and Thomas. They had both just finished their breakfast and somehow they still convinced her I never fed them!

Drawing in the bathtub with his new tub crayons!

Second Birthday Party

Grinning with his godfather Dan!

Thomas spent most of his time with Dan telling him what to do!

Several of us know how uncomfortable that bike is...Dan is a trooper!

Coloring and having a snack outside with Grandpa.

He sweet talked Grandpa into jumping on the trampoline with him!
Riley, Thomas and Parker.
Do you know how hard it is to get three kids to look at the camera at the same time?!!!

Parker showing Thomas the train card she made for him.

Riley, Thomas and Mia at the train "craft" station at the party.

Possibly my favorite "decoration" at the party! The CANDY BAR!

Train cupcakes.

The actual birthday cake.

Checking out the cupcakes.

He got caught! haha...

Can you guess which part of the cake he wanted? A lovely black wheel! This year he had no problem diving into the cake without a spoon!

Pete modeling some of Thomas' presents!

The actual opening of presents.

Playing with his new firetruck with Grandmama!

Pumpkin Patch

We went to the Pumpkin Patch on Wed. with the Mommy Group. He had a lot of fun and was able to pick out a pumpkin. Here he is playing a pumpkin roll game.

Helping to pick up the pumpkins after they had been rolled.

On the hay (technically straw) ride wagon. He screamed bloody murder when we got on it the first time. They drove us over to a corn maze, which he loved, I on the other hand was a bit freaked out. You really could get lost in those things! The second ride on the wagon he did better, although he stayed on my lap the whole time.

Picking out a pumpkin to take home.

I guess this one was a little heavy!

He worked so hard picking one out his hat got turned.

Not sure what he is about to get into but it can't be good.

Trying to decide if he thinks he can pick up the big pumpkins.

Feeding the goats.
